Developed for students ages 10 and up, the February "Painting/Collage/Recycled Materials" series will combine painting and collage art forms! The students will explore and then mix materials to create awesome artwork of their own.  We will be learning about collage artists old and new, alike, and learning how to handcraft masterpieces.

 

Working with antique books, maps, magazines, fabric, leather, rubber bike tubes, and metal, the students can experiment with which materials achieve the end results they'd like.  

 

Classes will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m., but the studio will be open at 5:30 p.m. and we welcome anyone who would like to pack/bring dinner to come at 5:30 and eat or hang out with others in the studio.  Sign up with a friend!  ​This is a series of 2 classes: 2/6/23, and 2/27/23.
