Kids: Learn to Crochet! Tuesdays 5/12 and 5/26
Crochet for Kids! Tuesday, May 12 and/or 26th: 4:15-6:00 pm (2 classes suggested to complete a project)
Students will learn the basics of crochet, including how to use the tools, read simple stitches, and build their first project from start to finish (if they attend both sessions). Each student will learn to crochet and work towards creating an adorable stuffed owl. They can learn the steps needed - plus gain the foundation for a fun hobby with endless creative possibilities! (2 classes are needed to get the owl project close to completion.)
Taking both classes, we expect the students to be able to complete the owl project or to be able to know how to finish at home. But, taking just 1 session provides a great foundation to build on, either at home with a relative who crochets, in a local crochet club, or at a future class here at the Free Range Art Studio.
This is a drop-off workshop, and food/drink is welcome. Please let us know if your child has a food allergy that we should inform other families about.

How to Find Us!
Some people say we're a "hidden gem", and we kind of like that! We're close to major roads and some of the area's best shopping/dining, yet we are right off some of the most beautiful rural roads in southeastern PA. We are located at 381 Brinton Lake Road, Thornton, PA 19373.
We are located behind the historic Mill (the Offices at the Mill). When you enter the parking lot, immediately turn right and go behind the main building. We are a short drive down the gravel lane and are in the smaller "Carriage House Collective" building behind the main building. We are on the 2nd floor!
Our studio is up the exterior staircase! We can't wait to welcome you or your children to our cozy space!
About the Artist/Instructor:
Eiren Graver has been teaching creative subjects for over 20 years. An accomplished artist, you can find Eiren's paintings locally, and she is also a gifted instructor. Teaching hand-sewing, embroidery, knitting, and more at the Free Range Art Studio, Eiren has gained traction as one of our beloved and trusted teachers with the kids and adults! She believes that creative expression is a human right and that everyone has something beautiful inside them, waiting to be created. She creates a relaxed and supportive environment for her classes. We are so honored to have Eiren teaching for us and know you will learn so much through her workshops.
