Hand-poured memories! This is a Mother's Day "candle & Tea" event!
Celebrate Mother's Day with a special experience filled with creativity, connection, and cherished moments with a touch of vintage charm. Join us for a relaxing afternoon of tea, candle making, and floral watercolor painting, where you'll craft your own beautifully-scented vintage teacup candle and create a mini watercolor (5x7") masterpiece to take home! Spend time together hand-pouring a candle into a vintage teacup, painting a whimsical watercolor, and enjoying a delightful afternoon tea with sweet treats.
Leave with not just your beautiful custom candle and artwork, but also memories to treasure for years to come.
This special workshop is held in our studio at the "Carriage House Collective". An important note: Our studio is on the 2nd floor of the building and there is no elevator. If you have a participant with limited mobility you are welcome to come see the space before registering.

This workshop is taught by artist, Heather Carey, who comes to our studio with a degree in fine art and 25+ years teaching a multitude of art classes and art therapy. She is a co-teacher for our "Young Creators" program, and is well-respected as an artist as well as teaches many of our adult workshops. Heather has a passion for helping people and currently teaches art at The Friends Home to the elderly in Kennett Square, PA. Heather can't wait to see YOU in the studio!
