Tween/Teen Resin Workshop! Wednesday, March 25th 5:30-7:30
Tween & Teen Art Night: Resin Explorations Tuesday, March 25th | 5:30 PM
Ages 10+
This special Tween & Teen Art Night is dedicated to young artists ages 10 and up who are curious about new materials and creative possibilities. Students will be introduced to the fascinating world of resin art, learning the basics of both UV resin and two-part epoxy resin and how each can be used to create unique pieces!
Participants will design and make resin jewelry and small art projects while exploring color, layering, texture, and embedded elements. Along the way, we’ll talk about how resin cures, when to choose each type, and how artists use resin to create everything from wearable art to functional objects. This hands-on evening is all about experimentation, creativity, and discovering just how endless the possibilities can be. Perfect for tweens and teens who love trying something new and want to take their art skills in an exciting new direction.
Send your young artist for this creative celebration of positivity, beauty, and color - the perfect way to unwind and tap into our artistic side, no experience needed. Laugh, create, and shine with us at the Free Range Art Studio! Food/drink is allowed!

About Your Instructor:
Tracy Taylor, the artist who founded the Free Range Art Studio, uses her years of teaching experience and her design degree to bring art to all ages. In addition to the kids and teens workshops, the homeschool art classes, and private art parties, Tracy teaches some pretty amazing adult art workshops! She has a love of alcohol inks, polymer clay, jewlery crafting, and coffee painting to name a few. Tracy grew up in Thornton, but now resides in Unionville with her family and random mix of pets - which includes a pot bellied pig named Lulu! Tracy's background and love of art and teaching create the perfect storm of colors, paints, messes, and experimentation at the Free Range Art Studio! If you join one of Tracy's workshops, you will feel right at home and encouraged to experiment in many ways with the materials and art/design!
